I can't believe how quickly this makes the bidness out of root veggies! I have arthritis and our old peeler made my hands ache. This thing is so smooth and easy to use and it's very sturdy. My guess is this will last for years. Very impressed so far. I need to figure out what I want to julienne now.... This video shows the peeler in action. I received this to review, but as you'll see in the video, I really do love it!
